- • IT Operations Engineer at OP Labs PBC, responsible for integrating, administering, and maintaining the systems that keep the company running smoothly — including Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, and AI-powered tools like Claude and other LLM platforms.
- • Lead implementation and operation of IT infrastructure across hardware, software, and AI tooling; administer and optimize AI platforms company-wide; implement corporate device and application management policies in collaboration with People and Legal teams; act as service owner for multiple SaaS applications; serve as solutions architect for applications and services; lead audits and optimizations of SaaS and AI portfolio for security, permissions, automation, scalability, and cost; own setup and upkeep of office collaboration infrastructure including AV equipment, video calling hardware, and network/WiFi reliability; develop programs to drive adoption of new IT features and onboard employees effectively and safely; evaluate emerging tools and make recommendations on adoption, consolidation, or deprecation.

- • Gain deep expertise in enterprise AI tool administration and governance; develop skills in cross-functional collaboration with Legal and People teams; lead strategic technology initiatives impacting security, scalability, and user experience; build experience in managing complex SaaS and AI ecosystems at a high-growth blockchain company; contribute to the reliability and efficiency of a globally distributed team working on cutting-edge financial infrastructure.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of relevant technical experience in system administration or engineering
- • Expertise managing Google Workspace and other enterprise productivity applications (e.g., Slack, GitHub)
- • Hands-on experience administering AI platforms such as Claude (Anthropic), ChatGPT (OpenAI), or similar — including access management, usage monitoring, and policy enforcement
- • Ability to plan, manage, code, and support multiple concurrent projects and initiatives
- • Strong project and task management skills
- • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Go
