- • The IT Platform Lead will work at the intersection of architecture, security, and AI, defining the standards that everything runs on across the company.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating on tool evaluation and onboarding, working with the Systems Specialist on integration layers between n8n, SaaS stack, and AI agents, stepping in early to prevent fragmentation, contributing to ISO/SOC 2 compliance evidence, and managing vendor relationships, license governance, and identity operations as the IT function scales.
- • Supermetrics is a fast-growing marketing intelligence platform used by over 200,000 businesses, with 15% of global advertising spend reported through its products, and a team of 400+ growth-minded people operating on trust, transparency, and customer focus.
- • In this role, you will help design infrastructure for an AI-native world, define company-wide integration architecture, collaborate on AI agent authentication and access controls, and gain deep experience in modern API architecture, security frameworks, and automation platforms while shaping the foundation of a scalable, secure IT ecosystem.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience with strong hands-on skills in API architecture — REST, webhooks, event-driven patterns, OAuth, SAML
- • Experience working with LLMs and AI platforms — Claude, OpenAI, or equivalent — at an integration and architecture level, approached in an AI-native fashion
- • Strong proficiency in Python and Go, and familiarity with n8n, Make, or equivalent automation platforms
- • Security architecture fundamentals — Zero Trust, ZTNA, SSO, IAM, NHI
- • A mindset that thinks company-wide, brings people along collaboratively, and has a bias for action
