- • As our IT Program Manager, you will be instrumental in orchestrating the end-to-end development lifecycle for a variety of projects. You will be responsible for coordinating the input provided by assigned teams to external contractors, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our overarching program objectives. This involves a deep understanding of the entire development cycle, from initial concept and planning through to deployment and post-implementation support.

- • The IT Program Manager will be actively involved in the critical decision-making process related to scheduling user stories into sprints. - • Following each sprint, you will review the deliverables and demonstrable product version software functionalities. - • You will be responsible for evaluating and facilitating progress reporting. This includes establishing clear reporting mechanisms, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports, and communicating progress effectively to all relevant parties. - • Assisting with both internal and external communication is vital. You will play a role in improving transparency and disseminating information effectively, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of program status, key decisions, and upcoming milestones.
