📋 Description

• • Administer specialty infusion therapies to patients in a low-volume outpatient neurology infusion center in Fort Collins, CO
• • Start and maintain IVs with precision, utilizing UV vein finder technology to enhance accuracy and patient comfort
• • Monitor patients throughout infusion treatments lasting 1–5 hours, observing for adverse reactions and responding promptly and appropriately
• • Provide comprehensive patient education before, during, and after infusion sessions to promote understanding and adherence to treatment plans
• • Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and all clinical protocols to ensure patient safety and data privacy
• • Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to deliver seamless, coordinated care and optimize the patient experience
• • Manage 2–3 patients simultaneously during each shift, allowing for focused, high-quality care and meaningful clinical interactions
• • Work exclusively on weekday shifts (Monday–Friday) with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
• • Receive structured onboarding including virtual training and in-clinic shadowing before transitioning to independent patient care
