AI Factory Customer Engineer

📋 Description

• • The AI Factory Customer Engineer serves as the primary technical interface between customers and Armada’s Product and Engineering teams, translating complex AI infrastructure and data center requirements into practical, scalable solutions for enterprise, industrial, and infrastructure-heavy verticals.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert technical guidance on Modular Data Centers (MDCs), liquid-cooled systems, and NVIDIA-based GPU architectures; leading technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts; cultivating trusted-advisor relationships with customer engineering, IT, OT, and security stakeholders; and enabling sales teams by simplifying complex technical concepts into customer-relevant narratives.
