- • Strategically identify and qualify enterprise SAP accounts across the DACH region, developing innovative go-to-market strategies to drive new customer acquisition.
- • Own the full sales cycle for complex SAP enterprise deals, from lead generation and pipeline development to contract negotiation and closure, with a proven track record of closing deals exceeding €300K.
- • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives, advising on SAP transformation strategies centered on S/4HANA, BTP, and Cloud ERP solutions.
- • Lead and manage high-value SAP sales engagements, steering complex procurement processes and tender procedures with enterprise clients.
- • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with SAP SE and key ecosystem partners to co-generate leads and enhance market presence.
- • Orchestrate the end-to-end sales journey in close collaboration with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to deliver technically sound SAP cloud solutions (S/4HANA Public/Private Cloud).
- • Serve as a functional mentor within the SAP Sales team, sharing deep SAP expertise and best practices without assuming disciplinary management responsibilities.
- • Utilize HubSpot strategically to manage sales pipelines, generate accurate forecasts, and report performance outcomes directly to management.
- • Drive active lead generation and expansion within existing key accounts, ensuring long-term customer retention and upsell opportunities.
- • Maintain a hunter mindset focused on proactive new business development, with a strong emphasis on exceeding targets in the SAP enterprise segment.
- • Engage in ecosystem-driven sales activities, leveraging vendor leads and partner networks to expand market reach and accelerate deal velocity.
- • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value propositions tailored to enterprise needs, aligning SAP capabilities with client business outcomes.
- • Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline through CRM hygiene, ensuring transparency and accuracy in all sales reporting and forecasting.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless handoff and successful implementation of closed deals.
- • Continuously refine sales approaches based on market feedback, competitive insights, and evolving SAP product offerings.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven Hunter-DNA & Track Record: Multiple years of experience in enterprise solution sales (SAP/IT Professional Services) with a focus on new customer acquisition and deals exceeding €300K.
- • SAP & Ökosystem-Expertise: Deep understanding of S/4HANA, BTP, and the SAP partner model, with the ability to actively leverage vendor leads.
- • Strategic C-Level Engagement: Confident presence and ability to engage as a sparring partner with C-level executives on complex SAP transformation initiatives.
- • CRM Proficiency: Advanced usage of HubSpot for end-to-end sales cycle management, pipeline tracking, and forecasting.
- • Functional Leadership & Mentoring: Strong ability to mentor colleagues in SAP sales methodologies without formal managerial authority.
- • Independent Drive & Vision: High self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and innovative thinking to uncover new market opportunities.
