- • Provide comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to adolescents and adults, including weekly individual therapy sessions and weekly DBT skills training groups.
- • Deliver multifamily skills groups and parenting/family sessions specifically tailored for adolescent clients and their caregivers.
- • Assign and monitor DBT-relevant digital lessons, videos, and assessments through Lyra’s AI-powered platform to reinforce learning and track client outcomes between sessions.
- • Participate in weekly DBT consultation team meetings with other licensed DBT providers to ensure fidelity to the DBT model and receive clinical supervision.
- • Engage in one-on-one consultation meetings with an expert DBT team lead to refine clinical skills and address complex cases.
- • Co-lead DBT skills groups with other licensed DBT therapists, fostering collaborative and consistent delivery of evidence-based interventions.
- • Offer 24/7 DBT skills coaching support to clients as needed, responding to crises through a structured, team-based approach.
- • Deliver culturally responsive care that accounts for clients’ diverse backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
- • Maintain adherence to Lyra’s evidence-based clinical protocols and outcome measurement standards, ensuring high-quality, data-informed care.
- • Attend ongoing, robust training sessions to deepen expertise in DBT, adolescent mental health, and digital therapeutic tools.
- • Work remotely within the United States while being fully supported by a national team of clinicians, supervisors, and technical resources.
- • Collaborate with a network of licensed professionals who share a commitment to compassionate, skills-based mental health care.
- • Operate within a part-time schedule with flexible hours, allowing for professional autonomy while maintaining consistent client caseloads.
- • Utilize Lyra Empower, the company’s integrated AI-powered platform, to streamline clinical workflows, enhance client engagement, and measure treatment progress.
- • Ensure all clinical documentation and client communications comply with state licensing regulations and Lyra’s clinical governance standards.
- • Contribute to a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and peer-supported clinical excellence.
🎯 Requirements
- • Licensed psychologist in good standing with an active, unrestricted license in a PSYPACT-participating state
- • Current authorization or eligibility for PSYPACT licensure to provide telehealth services across state lines
- • Demonstrated experience providing comprehensive DBT to both adolescents and adults, including individual therapy and skills groups
- • Validated training and competence in DBT protocols, including adherence to Linehan’s model
- • Ability to deliver culturally responsive care to clients from diverse backgrounds
- • Proficiency in using digital health platforms for assigning therapeutic content and monitoring outcomes
