AI Automation Developer

📋 Description

• • This role is for a hands-on AI developer who enjoys experimenting, building quickly, and turning ideas into working solutions. You’ll work closely with service design and operations teams to test and validate AI-driven automations that improve day-to-day operational performance. The focus is on speed and learning—building lightweight, practical solutions to prove value, before handing successful concepts over to core development teams for long-term implementation.
• • Build and test AI-driven automations to improve operational processes. Translate service design ideas into quick, working prototypes. Partner with operations teams to test solutions in real workflows and gather feedback. Deliver frequent, incremental improvements, with a target of at least one validated improvement per week. Assess effectiveness, limitations, and scalability of solutions. Document learnings and support handover of successful concepts to development teams. Actively contribute ideas and challenge assumptions in a collaborative team environment.
