🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or equivalent qualified technology certifications in network, systems, or related fields.
  • Four to eight years of experience implementing systems and networking environments in a large, managed setting, including experience with virtualization, Citrix, Microsoft technologies, telecommunications, call center environments, voice services and gateways, Storage Area Networking (SAN), and servers with various operating systems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current Microsoft operating environments, with a strong emphasis on M365 technologies, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Cloud PC technologies, Power Platform, and SharePoint Online.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to consult with management, business partners, and vendors.
  • Experience in project management, including a demonstrated ability to work effectively in small, interactive teams of technical and non-technical associates, and to manage multiple projects with varying priorities to successful completion.
