• • The IT Service Management Technician I provides fundamental technical support to end-users at The Nature Conservancy, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless handovers between global teams while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering remote support, performing PC configurations, resolving technical support requests via ticketing systems, monitoring and prioritizing incidents, maintaining accurate records in IT Service Management systems, and adhering to SLAs, KPIs, and security standards.
• • The role operates within the IT Service Management & Operations Team, supporting global operations with flexible evening shifts (starting at 5pm EST/11am HST) as part of a structured shift pattern.
