IT Specialist

📋 Description

• • As an IT Specialist at Fabric Health, you will serve as the operational backbone of internal technology systems, ensuring seamless functionality across a fully remote healthcare organization by configuring, implementing, and automating tools that eliminate administrative burdens and support clinical efficiency.
• • Day to day, you will manage SaaS platforms and identity systems (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace), oversee device fleet management via MDM tools (Jamf, Intune), build automated workflows for onboarding/offboarding, triage and resolve IT tickets, maintain documentation and runbooks, and ensure HIPAA compliance and SOC 2 audit readiness in partnership with security teams.
