- • As an IT Specialist at Tandem Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth, secure, and scalable operation of internal IT systems as the company rapidly scales across teams and offices. You will be responsible for maintaining a seamless employee IT experience, from onboarding and device management to identity and access controls, while contributing to automation and security improvements.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include owning internal IT operations such as onboarding/offboarding, hardware lifecycle management, endpoint management for macOS and Windows, managing user access, supporting employees with technical issues, and driving automation of repetitive workflows. You will also configure and maintain internal systems, collaborate with stakeholders across the company, and participate in IT and security-related projects to ensure systems remain secure, updated, and compliant.
- • You will be part of the security team and work closely with the IT Lead and cross-functional stakeholders, operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving, innovative health-tech environment. 🎯 Requirements
- • Experience working in IT, ideally in a fast-moving tech company or startup environment
- • Experience working with MDM / endpoint management platforms such as Kandji, Intune, Jamf, or similar
- • Strong understanding of both macOS and Windows environments
- • Experience managing users and access at scale
- • Familiarity with identity providers and SSO solutions such as Okta, Entra ID, or Google Workspace
- • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across different teams and stakeholders
