📋 Description

• • As an IT Specialist at Promise Holdings, Inc., you will serve as a primary responder for internal helpdesk requests, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining transparency while supporting employees’ technical needs across devices, software, and access.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include provisioning and managing laptops and workstations, maintaining security tooling via MDM, tracking tickets, updating documentation, and owning onboarding/offboarding workflows to support company growth.
• • You will also maintain office equipment such as A/V systems, network gear, and desk setups, while upholding security policies and company values through clear, empathetic communication with peers.
