- • As an IT Supervisor at TaskUs, you will oversee the activities and performance of IT Support/Helpdesk personnel to ensure exemplary customer service for internal customers, driving compliance with processes and procedures for resolving IT systems issues.
- • Day to day, you will provide direction, supervision, and leadership to the Desktop Support/IT Support Team, assign and prioritize work, set expectations, conduct performance reviews, oversee desktop support operations, provide expert technical support and training, analyze desktop-related issues, coordinate with product development and R&D to minimize resolution cycle time, assist other IT teams in improving services and processes, and ensure service level agreements are communicated and understood.
