📋 Description
- • As an IT Support Admin at ServiceTitan, you will be a key contributor to ensuring seamless technology operations for employees, directly impacting productivity and user satisfaction across the organization.
- • Day to day, you will provide hands-on technical support for Windows and macOS devices, manage the full employee technology lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), administer MDM and cloud platforms (Intune, Jamf, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), maintain IT asset inventory, resolve service desk tickets within SLA, support AV/conferencing systems, assist network teams with on-site tasks, and uphold endpoint security and documentation standards.
- • You will join a collaborative, fast-paced IT team at ServiceTitan, a company dedicated to empowering tradespeople through innovative software, where your technical expertise and customer-first mindset will be valued in a mission-driven environment.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise IT support, gain hands-on experience with modern device management and cloud platforms, strengthen your problem-solving and documentation skills, and grow into a trusted technical advisor within a supportive and inclusive team.
🎯 Requirements
- • CompTIA A+ certification and 2+ years of IT experience, or 3+ years in IT Support, Helpdesk, or a similar technical role
- • Solid troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS environments
- • Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
