• Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts and access permissions, maintaining IT inventory, and ensuring smooth operation of company systems and networks.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience providing end-user technical support in a corporate or business environment
• Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems, common office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft 365), and basic networking concepts
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist non-technical users with patience and clarity
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk) and asset management tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation of support activities
