IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• • As an IT Support Engineer on Stripe's Corporate Technology Services team, you will provide essential technical support that enables Stripe employees worldwide to work effectively, directly contributing to the company's mission of increasing the GDP of the internet.
• • Day to day, you will respond to technical queries via in-person assistance, email, Slack, or ticketing systems; troubleshoot hardware and software issues; run diagnostic programs; support critical SaaS tools like Google Workspace and Slack; provision laptops for new hires; maintain IT documentation; manage office technology such as printers and Zoom Rooms; and own IT asset management with accurate equipment records.
• • You will join the AMER CorpTech Services team, a global strategic support partner responsible for ensuring smooth operations for all Stripes, including onboarding, offboarding, and critical business systems, working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment focused on team-oriented results.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise IT support, gain hands-on experience with imaging and endpoint management tools, contribute to global IT processes, and develop strong documentation and communication skills while working with cutting-edge technology in a high-impact financial infrastructure company.
