- • As an IT Support Engineer at Stripe, you will provide essential technical assistance to ensure seamless operations for employees, contractors, and vendors across global offices, directly supporting Stripe’s mission to increase the GDP of the internet by enabling reliable access to critical business systems.
- • Day to day, you will respond to technical queries via in-person support, email, Slack, or ticketing systems; troubleshoot hardware and software issues; run diagnostic programs; support SaaS tools like Google Workspace and Slack; manage IT asset provisioning for new hires; maintain documentation; and assist with onboarding, offboarding, and vendor support while promoting IT best practices.
- • You will join the Corporate Technology (CorpTech) Services team, a strategic partner supporting all Stripes globally, responsible for enabling smooth operations through reliable IT infrastructure and proactive support for new hires, off-boards, and critical business systems.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise IT environments, gain hands-on experience with Apple and Google ecosystems, develop documentation and communication skills, and contribute to global IT initiatives—building a foundation for growth into senior technical or systems engineering roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in IT HelpDesk support
- • Strong working knowledge of Apple systems and software
- • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, JIRA, Confluence, or similar cloud providers
- • Understanding of script execution and troubleshooting (e.g., Ruby, Bash, Python)
- • Working knowledge of imaging/endpoint management tools (DEP, Munki, Chef, JAMF)
- • Ability to independently manage and prioritize workload and projects
- • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- • Empathetic, humble, with a strong focus on customer service
