- • As the primary IT support point of contact for the New York Cohere office, you’ll provide first-response support for global IT requests during your shift, ensuring seamless technology operations for a fast-growing AI company.
- • You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage device fleets, optimize in-office networking and AV systems, handle laptop shipments for the USA region, and support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- • Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more who are passionate about scaling intelligence to serve humanity through frontier AI models, valuing diversity and high-impact collaboration.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise IT systems, gain hands-on experience with MDM, identity management, cloud platforms, and automation tools, while contributing to the reliability and security of critical infrastructure supporting AI innovation.
