- • As an IT Support Engineer at Dwelly, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless internal IT operations and supporting the integration of newly acquired real estate agencies into the company’s technology platform. This role is vital to maintaining business continuity, employee productivity, and the success of Dwelly’s growth-through-acquisition strategy.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing end-user IT support via ticketing systems, managing employee onboarding and offboarding (device setup, account provisioning, access control), and supporting tools like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Jira. You will also coordinate with managed service providers (MSPs) and contractors to troubleshoot infrastructure issues such as VPN, networking, email delivery, and remote access.
- • You will work closely with the integration team to assess and consolidate the technology stacks of acquired agencies, supporting migrations from legacy systems (on-premise Windows servers, websites, email, domains, file storage) and connecting them to Dwelly’s core platforms while minimizing disruption.
- • Additionally, you will administer and optimize internal SaaS tools, identify manual processes for automation using scripting, APIs, or AI, and continuously improve documentation, access management, and system scalability to support rapid growth.
- • Dwelly is a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform growing through a roll-up strategy, backed by top-tier investors and led by experienced professionals in real estate, technology, and operations. The company aims to modernize the antiquated real estate industry by integrating legacy agencies into a unified, tech-enabled platform.
- • In this role, you will gain deep experience in enterprise IT support, cross-platform system administration (Windows, macOS, Linux), cloud infrastructure (Azure, Entra ID, Intune), SaaS management, and M&A-related technology integration. You will develop strong problem-solving, automation, and stakeholder coordination skills while contributing directly to the scalability and reliability of a fast-growing tech-driven organization.
