- • As an IT Support Engineer at Vibe, Inc., you will play a critical role in strengthening and scaling the company’s IT operations in the United States, ensuring a reliable, secure, and efficient technology environment for a rapidly growing, mostly remote workforce. Your on-site presence in New York City will be essential in delivering hands-on support while aligning with global IT leadership to maintain consistency across locations.
- • Day to day, you will lead IT support for US-based employees, manage the full lifecycle of company hardware including procurement, deployment, inventory tracking, and retirement, oversee Google Workspace and identity and access management systems, and administer endpoint management via MDM platforms such as Kandji or Jamf. You will design and refine onboarding and offboarding workflows for security and seamlessness, support SOC 2 compliance efforts including device policy enforcement and audit readiness, manage external vendors for service quality and cost-effectiveness, and drive operational improvements through automation, documentation, and self-service tools. You will also lead IT projects from scoping to delivery, track key metrics and incidents, and report progress to leadership in Paris.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise IT operations within a fast-scaling tech environment, gain hands-on experience with modern MDM and identity platforms, and contribute to compliance frameworks like SOC 2. You will have the opportunity to design scalable processes, lead automation initiatives, and grow into a trusted IT leader who bridges local execution with global strategy—all while working in a hybrid environment that values ownership, proactive problem-solving, and measurable impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 to 7 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or workplace technology, preferably in fast-growing or scaling environments
- • Strong expertise in macOS environments, device lifecycle management, and end-user technical support
- • Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Kandji, Fleet, Jamf, or similar tools for device management and security
- • Solid understanding of identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle provisioning in enterprise settings
- • Proven ability to design, improve, and automate IT processes to enhance scalability and operational efficiency
- • Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and access-related issues, with a proactive ownership mindset
