📋 Description

• As an IT Support Engineer (L3) at Swarmer AI Inc., you will play a critical role in enabling the company’s mission to deliver autonomous drone technology used in active defense operations, ensuring that engineers, developers, and mission-critical teams have reliable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure to focus on building life-saving systems.
• You will own end-to-end technical support for the Warsaw-based team and provide oversight across additional locations, directly impacting operational efficiency by resolving complex issues, maintaining LAN integrity, managing hardware lifecycles, and enforcing security compliance in a fast-moving defense tech environment.
• Swarmer AI Inc. is a rapidly scaling defense technology company that has deployed its software in over 100,000 combat missions in Ukraine and recently secured a $15M Series A to expand its NATO-aligned operations, offering a unique opportunity to work on mission-critical systems with real-world impact.
• The IT team operates with high autonomy and urgency, valuing direct communication, decisive action, and technical excellence — you will collaborate closely with engineers and operations staff who prioritize execution over bureaucracy and are committed to advancing autonomous systems for democratic defense.
• In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise IT domains including MDM (Intune), IAM/SSO (Entra ID), network troubleshooting, SaaS administration, and hardware lifecycle management, while gaining exposure to zero-trust networking, infrastructure-as-code, and security frameworks — positioning you for growth into IT leadership or specialized engineering roles.
• You will develop and refine internal runbooks, improve incident response processes, and contribute to documentation and risk mitigation strategies that scale with the company’s global footprint, building transferable skills in IT governance, vendor management, and cross-functional support.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or related technical roles
• Hands-on experience with MDM platforms, preferably Microsoft Intune, and IAM/SSO administration using Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot macOS and Windows systems, including hardware diagnostics and repair coordination
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, with ability to diagnose and resolve LAN issues at the source
• Experience managing AV systems in conference and hybrid meeting environments, including setup, configuration, and user support
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritize effectively, and clearly document solutions for technical and non-technical audiences
• English proficiency sufficient to read vendor documentation, write detailed runbooks, and communicate unambiguously with external vendors and internal stakeholders
