📋 Description

• • As the IT Support Lead at Angi Inc., you will serve as the critical link between daily employee success and high-level systems engineering, ensuring seamless technology operations across the organization.
• • Day to day, you will act as a Tier 3 support expert handling complex hardware/software issues, lead project-based work like site migrations and deployments, mentor junior technicians, manage asset lifecycles, and maintain high service standards including 1-hour first-response times and 97% asset record accuracy.
• • You will join Angi’s Technical Operations team in Denver, a dynamic and collaborative group dedicated to maintaining an exceptional IT environment for 2,800+ employees worldwide, supporting the company’s mission to connect homeowners with reliable service professionals.
• • In this role, you will grow your expertise in enterprise endpoint management (Intune, Jamf), IT project leadership, and technical mentorship while driving improvements in MTTR, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency through documentation and AI-assisted workflows.
