- • As a seasoned IT Support Level 3 professional, you will be at the forefront of resolving complex technical challenges, ensuring the seamless operation of our diverse client IT infrastructures across Latin America. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the region, empowering you to contribute your expertise while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to provide advanced technical support, acting as a critical escalation point for intricate hardware, software, and network issues that cannot be resolved by Level 1 or Level 2 support teams. This involves deep-dive analysis, meticulous problem-solving, and the implementation of robust, long-term solutions.
- • You will be instrumental in diagnosing and resolving a wide array of technical problems, including but not limited to server malfunctions, complex network connectivity issues, advanced application errors, cybersecurity incidents, and intricate hardware failures. This requires a comprehensive understanding of various operating systems (Windows Server, Linux, macOS), virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and a broad spectrum of business applications.
- • A significant aspect of your role will involve proactive system monitoring and maintenance. You will leverage advanced monitoring tools to identify potential issues before they impact users, implementing preventative measures and optimizing system performance to minimize downtime and enhance overall efficiency.
- • You will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure components, including servers, network devices, storage systems, and end-user hardware. This includes installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning of equipment and software.

- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity principles is highly desirable.
