📋 Description

• IT Support Specialist responsible for managing and maintaining Notable's IT infrastructure to ensure reliability, security, and up-to-date systems in support of the company's mission to transform healthcare through AI.
• Provide on-site technical support including access management, onboarding, offboarding, and facility IT management such as Cisco Meraki, power distribution, peripheral setup, and conference room A/V configurations with Google Meet and Logitech.
• Manage SaaS environments (Google Workspace), endpoint management (Apple laptops with JAMF, PCs with Intune), networking (Tailscale, site-to-site VPNs), and collaborate with customer delivery teams on product integrations like SSO/SAML.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures while staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends in a purpose-driven culture focused on improving healthcare for humanity.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in managing IT systems
• Experience with Google Workspace, Terraform, and JAMF
• Experience with InTune, Duo, Azure, Google Cloud networking, Tailscale, and Apple hardware is preferred
• Experience with setting up and managing site-to-site VPNs
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with healthcare or other regulated industries
