📋 Description

• • As an IT Support Specialist at Planet Labs PBC in Berlin, you will be the face of IT for employees, providing essential support to keep them productive every day by managing device setups, resolving technical issues, and ensuring meeting rooms are ready for action.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full device lifecycle (procurement, setup, deployment, maintenance, patch management, decommissioning via Jamf/NinjaOne), providing user support for Windows and macOS, maintaining videoconferencing systems (Polycom, Zoom Rooms), handling onboarding/offboarding processes, and collaborating with the global IT team to enhance operational efficiency across EMEA/APAC regions.
• • You will join a dedicated IT support team headquartered in Berlin with additional offices in Ljubljana and Haarlem, supporting employees across Europe and Asia within a people-centric, innovative culture that values collaboration and continuous improvement.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise IT tools (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Office365, Bitwarden, Atlassian suite), strengthen your troubleshooting and communication skills, and gain experience in optimizing IT processes while contributing to a mission-driven organization that uses space technology to solve global challenges.
