• • IT Support Specialist role at Menlo Security in Singapore, providing technical assistance to end-users and troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and business applications to keep global teams productive.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to and managing IT tickets via JIRA IT Service Management and Slack, providing remote and on-site support 2-3 days per week, conducting new hire onboarding sessions, liaising with third-party vendors, installing and maintaining endpoints (macOS, Windows, Linux), ensuring security compliance, managing SaaS application access, and developing internal IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
