- ⢠The IT Support Technician role at SupplyHouse.com LLC is a full-time, on-site position based in Canal Winchester, Ohio, responsible for providing hands-on technical support and maintaining IT infrastructure at the companyâs fulfillment center and office facility. This role is critical to ensuring seamless daily operations across warehouse, office, and remote environments by serving as the primary point of contact for all IT-related issues.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, network, and infrastructure issues; installing and maintaining PCs, laptops, printers, network equipment, video surveillance, and phone systems; supporting warehouse technologies like RF and barcode scanners, tablets, and wireless access points; performing basic Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration; deploying desktop images; conducting IT onboarding for new hires; coordinating with third-party vendors for repairs and cabling; providing âremote hands and eyesâ support; assisting with security systems; ensuring compliance with IT security policies; managing asset inventory and lifecycle; documenting procedures; monitoring the ticketing system; safely lifting and moving IT equipment; and providing occasional off-hours or emergency support as needed.

- ⢠Associateâs degree in IT, Business, or a similar field
- ⢠2+ years of Level 1/Level 2 IT Support experience
- ⢠Strong knowledge of Windows operating system and PC hardware
- ⢠Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- ⢠Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, switching, wireless)
- ⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ⢠Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- ⢠Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- ⢠Polite and friendly demeanor with a passion for helping others
