📋 Description

• • As an IT Systems Administrator (Remote - US) at Altus Group Limited, you will be part of the IT End User Management Team, responsible for timely and effective resolution of end-user IT issues to ensure smooth service operations across the organization.
• • Day to day, you will diagnose and resolve end-user IT problems via phone, email, and the IT Service Portal; perform on-site hardware repairs when needed; troubleshoot network issues; escalate complex problems; assist technicians with software, hardware, and network tasks; support adds, moves, and changes to systems and hardware; attend and create end-user training materials; and maintain accurate asset registers.
