- • The IT Systems Analyst (Data Analyst) role at Prime Therapeutics is a critical bridge between technology and business, ensuring that the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) program is supported by accurate, secure, and efficient data systems. This position directly impacts patient care by enabling reliable data exchanges that inform clinical decisions and improve pharmacy outcomes.
- • As a key liaison, the analyst translates complex business needs into actionable technical requirements, driving system enhancements and new solution development while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and PCI.
- • Day to day, the analyst will define, document, and maintain business, system, and data integration requirements, including STTs, DTPs, and user/reference documentation.
- • They will translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements in partnership with IT and operational stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
- • The role involves creating and managing Jira user stories, epics, and backlogs, with precise acceptance criteria to support agile delivery and sprint planning.
- • Coordinating cross-functional teams to drive timely execution of project deliverables is a core responsibility, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
- • Performing SQL-based data profiling, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting of existing datasets ensures data integrity and supports decision-making.

- • Coordinating and managing SFTP file transfers with internal systems and external partners ensures secure, accurate, and timely data exchanges across platforms.
- • Maintaining strong organization and prioritization across multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment is essential for managing competing priorities effectively.
- • Collaborating across diverse platforms, technologies, and cross-functional teams fosters innovation and seamless system interoperability.
- • Proactive communication with IT, business, and operational partners ensures transparency, alignment, and sustained engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
- • The analyst supports initiatives across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from planning through deployment and post-production support, contributing to end-to-end solution ownership.
- • Coordinating IT Service Management (ITSM) activities, including Change Requests (CHGs), Incident Management (INCs), and Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, ensures system reliability and compliance.
