• • As an IT Systems & Ops Engineer at Whatnot, you will be the frontline owner of the IT support experience, managing the daily support queue while providing local hub coverage for the Los Angeles office, ensuring employees have seamless access to tools and support from onboarding through offboarding.
• • Day to day, you will own and manage the IT support queue in Jira Service Management, administer user accounts across Okta and Google Workspace, execute onboarding and offboarding processes, provide in-person IT support for office employees, build workflow automations, create and maintain IT documentation, travel periodically for onsite support, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional employee IT experience.
