📋 Description

• The IT Technical Engineer at iHeartMedia provides essential technical support for products developed and sold by Florical Systems, ensuring reliable installation, maintenance, and user training for critical audio technology systems.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include providing 24/7 on-call customer service, traveling to customer sites for on-site support, installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting system interfaces, editing configuration files and databases, managing support tickets, documenting service work, and continuously updating technical knowledge through training and self-study.

• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in audio technology systems, strengthen your troubleshooting and customer service abilities, gain experience with enterprise IT environments, and grow into a trusted technical advisor who contributes to system improvements and customer success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent in engineering, broadcasting, computer science, or a related field
• Proficiency in Windows Server administration, including IP addressing, DNS, Active Directory, and SMB/CIF, with ability to install Windows 11 and Windows Server on bare metal or VM
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or batch files
• Familiarity with data formats including JSON, XML, SQL, and ability to read, edit, and troubleshoot configuration data
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls) and ability to use Wireshark for packet capture and basic analysis
• Working knowledge of SQL or MongoDB databases, including ability to write simple SQL queries
