📋 Description

• • Spektrum is seeking an IT Technician to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) in Mons, Belgium, providing critical IT services to NATO member countries and their partners.
• • The role involves provisioning and deploying Windows 10/11 workstations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, supporting software lifecycle management, ensuring network connectivity, and assisting with cyber hygiene and patching tasks as directed by the cyber team.
• • Spektrum supports apex purchasers including NATO, UN, EU, and national governments with specialist services in aerospace and defence sales, delivery, and operational expertise, and is looking for personnel to join key client projects.
• • The IT Technician will gain hands-on experience in a high-security NATO environment, develop expertise in enterprise IT support, and contribute to mission-critical communications and information systems that enable Allied collaboration under Article IV and collective defence under Article V.
