📋 Description

• ITMS Field Engineer role focused on providing Tier 2 technical support in a staff augmentation model, maintaining and optimizing client IT environments through remote and onsite support.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing support tickets, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, applying patches and updates, documenting resolutions, escalating complex issues to Level 3, and communicating with clients to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an MSP environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
• Proficiency in managing Office 365, Exchange, and SharePoint environments
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, firewalls)
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
• Familiarity with backup solutions, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices
• Experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors
• Strong documentation skills with attention to detail
