- • As a Java Developer Lead at CSG Systems International, you will develop and implement software for the telecommunications industry, focusing on provisioning and assurance domains, playing a critical role in delivering reliable, scalable solutions that empower global brands to connect with and serve their customers.
- • Day to day, you will interpret business requirements with analysts and customers, create low-level software designs, develop and unit test Java-based applications, build implementation scripts for test and production environments, contribute to internal knowledge systems via wikis and training sessions, and lead and mentor a team of developers through technical guidance and code reviews.
- • You will join a global technology company with over 40 years of innovation in telecommunications software, serving major brands by enabling seamless customer experiences through provisioning, billing, and assurance systems, grounded in CSG’s guiding principles of impact, integrity, and inspiration.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise Java development, modern DevOps toolchains, and telecommunications-specific domains like BPMN and identity management, while growing as a technical leader through mentoring teams, shaping architecture, and influencing software quality and delivery practices.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or equivalent experience and expertise in the Telecommunications Provisioning domain
- • 7+ years of software development experience with modern Java SE (8+)
- • Experience in PostgreSQL, REST API frameworks, Business Process Management (BPMN), and rules libraries (Camunda, Activiti, Drools, etc.)
- • Experience in identity management and authentication (Keycloak)
- • Experience with development, packaging, and release toolchains (GitHub, Maven, Kubernetes, etc.)
- • Proven experience leading technical teams or developers in software projects
