Jewellery Operation Executive

📋 Description

• • As a Jewellery Operations Executive at Nivoda Limited, you will play a central role in managing end-to-end coordination across manufacturers, customers, and internal teams, ensuring every order moves seamlessly from pre-purchase to final delivery, driving precise, timely, and scalable order execution across the entire lifecycle.
• • Day to day, you will calculate and share accurate customer quotations within defined TATs, raise CAD requests and purchase orders with manufacturers, review and approve CAD files, manage end-to-end order timelines, coordinate with manufacturers and logistics partners, handle customer escalations and order modifications, maintain accurate real-time updates across systems, and identify and implement process improvements to drive scalability and efficiency.
• • You will join the operations team at Nivoda Limited, a company focused on jewellery operations, reporting to the Operations Manager, Jewellery, working onsite or hybrid in Mumbai, contributing to a process-driven environment that values precision and timely execution in a high-volume setting.
• • In this role, you will develop strong expertise in jewellery operations, enhance your data-driven decision-making and analytical skills using Excel/Google Sheets, gain hands-on experience in end-to-end order management and stakeholder coordination, and build capabilities in process improvement and scalable operations within the luxury goods industry.
