📋 Description

• • The Middle Jira Automation Engineer plays a key role in delivering independent Jira automation solutions, handling moderate-level scripting, and resolving automation issues. This role requires a deep understanding of Jira internals, ScriptRunner Groovy development, and cross-system integrations. You will lead complex technical initiatives, optimize system performance, mentor mid-level engineers, and ensure the automation framework remains robust, reusable, and compliant with security and governance standards.
• • Build and optimize workflows using ScriptRunner and other plugins; create scripted fields, validators, and automation-driven post-functions; troubleshoot automation issues independently; create Structures and maintain complex reporting deliverables; manage Assets schemas and configure field-level dependencies; support Junior Engineers via mentoring and code reviews.
