It's designed to build relationships with exceptional talent in Software Engineering (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Infrastructure), Product Management (Core Product, Growth, Platform), and Design (Product Design, UX/UI, Design Systems), as well as Engineering and Product Leaders (Tech Leads, Managers, Directors). 🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Software Engineering (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Infrastructure) OR Product Management (Core Product, Growth, Platform) OR Design (Product Design, UX/UI, Design Systems) OR Engineering & Product Leadership (Tech Leads, Managers, Directors).
• Demonstrated ability to care deeply about building thoughtful, high-quality products end-to-end.
• Proven track record of turning ambiguity into clear, usable solutions.
• Ability to move quickly, prioritize effectively in fast-changing environments, and take ownership with a focus on outcomes.
• Based in or open to relocating to Palo Alto, CA.
