• • We are seeking a motivated Jr. Security Automation Engineer Intern through the DOD SkillBridge program to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that are critical to enhancing our Security Operations Center's (SOC) efficiency and response capabilities.
• • As a Jr. Security Automation Engineer Intern, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining sophisticated security automation tools and scripts. Your primary focus will be on leveraging Python and other scripting languages to create custom solutions that seamlessly integrate and automate complex security processes, thereby improving our operational workflows and threat response times.
• • A key aspect of this role involves API integration and report automation. You will be instrumental in utilizing various APIs to automate the retrieval of critical data and the generation of comprehensive reports. This will significantly enhance the SOC's analytical and reporting functions, allowing for more informed decision-making and a deeper understanding of security postures.
