• • As a Junior Automation Developer, your day-to-day responsibilities will be multifaceted and engaging. You will be tasked with developing and supporting Blue Prism Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes, ensuring they are built with high-quality Python applications. This involves writing clean, maintainable, and efficient Python code, adhering to Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles and best practices for project structuring. You will actively troubleshoot and debug existing Python applications, identifying and resolving issues to ensure optimal performance and reliability. A significant part of your role will involve collaborating with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. You will also contribute to the design and implementation of new automation features, working within modern frameworks and libraries to enhance functionality and user experience. Furthermore, you will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and incorporating feedback into your own work to maintain high code quality standards. Your responsibilities will extend to documenting your code and processes, ensuring that technical documentation is clear, comprehensive, and up-to-date for future reference and knowledge sharing.
