đź“‹ Description

  • • Join Ruby Labs, a dynamic leader in creating and operating innovative consumer products across health, education, and entertainment. We are at the forefront of driving the future of consumer-led products and are seeking a motivated Junior CRO Specialist to amplify our mission.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in supporting our high-performing team to achieve measurable improvements in conversion rates across our diverse digital product portfolio. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual with a keen analytical mind, an insatiable curiosity, and an unwavering attention to detail, who is eager to learn and grow through hands-on experience.
  • • As a Junior CRO Specialist, you will work in close collaboration with seasoned CRO experts, actively participating in the entire experimentation lifecycle. Your responsibilities will span from initial research and hypothesis generation to the meticulous planning and execution of impactful experiments that directly influence business outcomes.
  • • You will gain invaluable practical experience in core CRO disciplines, including A/B testing, in-depth funnel analysis, and UI/UX design principles, all while contributing to high-impact projects that shape our user journeys and drive revenue.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a genuine passion for understanding user behavior, a strategic approach to optimization, and a deep-seated enthusiasm for digital experimentation. You are eager to build a robust career in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where innovation and continuous improvement are paramount.
  • • Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in comprehensive funnel and user behavior analyses to pinpoint key areas for optimization. This involves delving into user flows, identifying drop-off points, and understanding user interactions to uncover actionable insights.
  • • You will actively support the development of data-driven hypotheses. This means translating insights gleaned from analytics, user research, and established industry best practices into testable ideas that have the potential to significantly enhance conversion rates.
  • • A crucial part of your role will be to help design detailed test plans. This includes defining experiment parameters, target audiences, and success metrics. You will also coordinate the execution of A/B and multivariate experiments, ensuring they are set up correctly and run smoothly.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work closely with our talented design and development teams to implement and rigorously quality assurance (QA) test all variations of experiments. This ensures that tests are technically sound and accurately reflect the intended design changes.
  • • Following experiment execution, you will play a vital role in analyzing the results. This involves applying statistical methods to interpret data, drawing meaningful conclusions, and contributing to the documentation of insights and learnings.
  • • Maintaining accurate and organized records of all tests conducted, their methodologies, and their outcomes is essential. This supports robust cross-team knowledge sharing and builds a valuable repository of optimization learnings for future reference.
  • • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital products by identifying user pain points, proposing solutions, and validating these solutions through rigorous testing.
  • • This role offers a unique chance to develop a deep understanding of how data informs strategic decisions in a product-driven company.
  • • You will be exposed to a variety of digital marketing channels and product types, broadening your expertise in conversion rate optimization.
  • • The opportunity to work within a remote-first culture, collaborating with a global team, will enhance your communication and adaptability skills.
  • • You will be encouraged to propose your own ideas for tests and optimizations, fostering a sense of ownership and innovation.
  • • Ultimately, you will be contributing directly to the growth and success of Ruby Labs by enhancing user experience and maximizing conversion potential across our platforms.
