📋 Description

• • Operate and manage the documentation process essential for maintaining ISO27001 certification compliance.
• • Provide operational support to the Global Cybersecurity Framework Owner by preparing business cases and reports to drive the delivery of security controls across the organization.
• • Maintain and update core governance artefacts and toolsets including ServiceNow IRM and the Unified Compliance Framework to ensure consistent, accurate data representation across systems.
• • Collaborate with Audit & Assurance (A&O) teams to ensure updates to Governance & Risk Frameworks are clearly communicated to all relevant stakeholders.
• • Provide preparatory support for internal audits and regulatory information requests directed at the Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Framework team.
• • Assist the Framework Owner in executing change management initiatives to embed cybersecurity governance practices across functional departments.
• • Support the delivery of improvement projects within the Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Framework team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
• • Ensure all documentation and operational outputs meet defined quality, timeliness, and audit readiness requirements.
• • Act as a point of coordination between cybersecurity governance teams and internal departments to facilitate consistent implementation of controls and policies.
• • Track and document control effectiveness metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the cybersecurity framework.
• • Maintain up-to-date records of control ownership, status, and remediation timelines across all assigned frameworks.
• • Participate in cross-functional meetings to align cybersecurity governance activities with broader business and risk management priorities.
