- • The role is a Junior Engineer, Test Development position at Semtech Corporation, supporting the Asia Engineering Team in Taiwan with a focus on Signal Integrity Products, LoRa, CAP, and Force-Touch Sensing solutions. This position offers hands-on experience in hardware design and test program development within a dynamic semiconductor environment, contributing to the validation and reliability of high-performance electronic components.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting in creating and updating ATE (Automated Test Equipment) test solutions, reviewing hardware schematics, participating in test planning and strategy discussions, engaging in code reviews with cross-functional teams, debugging bring-up and pre-production test issues, executing test data gathering, performing data analysis (including repeatability, GRR, and Trial Run), and contributing to process improvements by documenting best practices in test development.
- • The Asia Engineering Team at Semtech Corporation focuses on developing and validating semiconductor solutions for IoT, industrial, and consumer applications. The team operates in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment where engineers work closely across disciplines to ensure product quality and performance from early development through production.
- • In this role, the individual will gain practical experience in semiconductor test development, deepen their understanding of ATE systems and signal integrity testing, improve technical documentation and debugging skills, and build cross-functional collaboration experience — laying a strong foundation for a career in test engineering, hardware validation, or semiconductor development.
