Your primary responsibility will be to engage directly with chefs, restaurant owners, and kitchen managers, introducing them to the transformative power of the Saltz platform. You will be instrumental in demonstrating how our innovative application simplifies and enhances their ordering processes, making their lives easier and their businesses more efficient.
  • • This role is inherently field-based, requiring you to be out and about, visiting restaurants and kitchens regularly. You will be expected to manage a consistent schedule of approximately 10-15 meetings per week, ensuring thorough follow-up and nurturing relationships to guarantee no potential client is overlooked. Your proactive approach will be key to building trust and demonstrating the value Saltz brings.
  • • You will have the autonomy to plan your weekly schedule, with guidance and support available when needed, to effectively cover your territory and achieve your sales targets.   • • A crucial part of your role will involve conducting live demonstrations of the Saltz application directly within the restaurant environment. You will showcase the intuitive design and practical benefits of our platform, illustrating how it streamlines ingredient sourcing and improves operational efficiency for busy kitchens.
  • • To ensure seamless collaboration and track your progress, you will utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and other essential tools. Accurate and timely note-taking will be vital, allowing the entire Saltz team to stay informed and provide you with the best possible support. We will provide comprehensive training on these tools, ensuring you feel confident and equipped from day one.
  • • This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Whether you have direct experience in the gastronomy sector, such as running a kitchen or managing a bar, or you are a motivated career changer with a passion for food and sales, we encourage you to apply.
