• • As a Junior Fulfilment Executive at Nivoda Limited, you will be an integral part of our dynamic logistics operations team based in Surat. This role is crucial for ensuring the seamless flow of goods within our rapidly expanding B2B marketplace, which is revolutionizing the global jewelry industry. You will be at the forefront of coordinating the physical movement of diamonds and jewelry, acting as a vital link between our suppliers, our cutting-edge online platform, and our internal logistics network.
• • Your primary responsibility will involve diligently monitoring Nivoda's sophisticated online platform to identify and compile a comprehensive list of items that are ready for collection. This requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to staying ahead of operational demands. You will be expected to regularly check the system for updates and flag any goods that have met the criteria for dispatch.
• • A significant aspect of your role will be direct coordination with our valued suppliers. You will be responsible for confirming the readiness of their goods for pickup, ensuring clear communication channels are maintained, and addressing any potential issues that may arise during this pre-collection phase. Building and maintaining strong relationships with our supplier network is key to operational success.
• • You will work in close collaboration with the internal logistics administration team. This partnership is essential for orchestrating the timely and efficient collection of goods from suppliers. Your role will involve providing them with the necessary information and support to ensure that pickups are scheduled and executed without delay, minimizing any potential bottlenecks in the supply chain.
• • Upon the collection of goods, your responsibility extends to meticulously verifying their contents against the order or manifest. Accuracy is paramount. You will then be tasked with updating the status of these collected items in our system, ensuring that our real-time inventory and tracking data remains precise and up-to-date. This meticulous record-keeping is fundamental to our operational transparency.
• • Furthermore, you will play a key role in ensuring that all goods received at the office are properly accounted for and verified. This includes checking for any discrepancies, damages, or missing items, and ensuring that all documentation is in order. Accurate recording of received goods is critical for inventory management and financial reconciliation.
• • To maintain an impeccable level of tracking and accountability, you will be responsible for marking collected goods appropriately within our system. This ensures that every item's journey is logged, providing full visibility from pickup to its next stage in the fulfilment process.
• • Beyond core collection and verification, you will provide essential support to the broader logistics team. This includes assisting with quality checks (QC) to ensure goods meet our high standards, applying necessary barcoding for efficient internal handling, and preparing shipments for onward transit. Your contribution here directly impacts the quality and efficiency of our outbound logistics.
