📋 Description

• Junior Graphic Designer role at Skelar AS, a venture builder that creates consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, with tech products used by 10+ million people globally.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include ideation of visual creatives based on marketing team tasks, production of creatives for product promotion in ad networks, close collaboration with marketing to discuss and improve existing creatives, experimentation with new tools and plugins to create efficient project templates, creative research analyzing competitor and social media ads to track global design trends, and analytics of creatives to build hypotheses based on performance.
• The team operates within Skelar’s Platform — an operational core supporting founders with Legal, Finance, HR, Admin, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, IT, and more — enabling focus on product while benefiting from a network of co-founders and top specialists, exclusive domain education programs, and a culture of knowledge sharing.
• In this role, you will develop practical skills in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI tools (Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Remini, Sora), strengthen your understanding of composition, typography, and color theory, enhance creativity and idea generation aligned with user and business needs, improve communication and time management, and grow professionally through feedback-driven development in a fast-paced, experimental environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Commercial experience of 1 year or more is a plus
• Practical knowledge of Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Ability to create templates in Figma, work with components and libraries
• Practical knowledge of AI tools (Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Remini, Sora) and similar
• Understanding of composition, typography, and color theory principles
• High level of creativity and ability to generate ideas that meet user needs and business requirements
• Strong communication skills and ability to quickly build rapport with teammates within and outside the project
• Ability to estimate time and resources needed for tasks and apply independent time management
