📋 Description

• Junior Growth Marketing Manager role at United Tech, a global IT product company shaping the future of real-time social connections with millions of users across North America, Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include launching and scaling influencer marketing and content campaigns, collaborating with Creative, UA, and Growth teams, working with influencers in the LATAM market, analyzing campaign performance, and testing new user acquisition approaches.
• The team operates within a fast-growing, internationally scaled product company founded in Ukraine, focused on streaming and social networking products in a market projected to exceed $200B by 2030.
• The role offers hands-on experience in growth/performance marketing, exposure to modern AI and marketing tools, and the opportunity to see direct impact on business growth while building expertise in an international environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or interest in influencer marketing, content, and growth marketing
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, UA, Growth)
• Experience analyzing campaign performance and testing user acquisition approaches
• Familiarity with modern AI and marketing tools
• Strong interest in gaining hands-on experience in international product marketing
• Based in Kyiv or willing to work from Kyiv
