• • We are actively seeking a systems-oriented Junior IT Administrator to become an integral part of our Corporate IT team. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on IT operations and Tier 1 to 2 support, coupled with significant ownership across critical areas such as identity and access management, endpoint management, and employee lifecycle workflows. You will collaborate closely with the Lead IT Administrator and the Security team, playing a key role in operating and enhancing our modern, SaaS-first, and highly automated IT environment. • • Key responsibilities for this role include administering identity and access management (IAM) platforms like Okta. This involves managing user lifecycle workflows, ensuring proper group management, enforcing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and handling access provisioning. You will be instrumental in supporting Single Sign-On (SSO) and SCIM integrations between our IAM systems and essential SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and various other internal tools. A critical aspect of this role is enforcing least-privilege access principles, conducting periodic access reviews, and supporting audit activities to maintain a secure posture.
• • You will manage secure and timely onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. This includes the provisioning of accounts, configuration of access rights, coordination of device logistics, and the secure deactivation of services and access. Furthermore, you will provide support for macOS endpoint management using platforms such as Addigy or Kandji. This entails device enrollment, continuous compliance monitoring, and the enforcement of device configurations to ensure security and standardization.
• • The role also involves coordinating device logistics, which includes the preparation of new equipment, shipping to employees, managing replacements, and ensuring the secure recovery of company assets during the offboarding process. You will be a primary point of contact for Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support, addressing issues related to identity systems, SaaS applications, access problems, and macOS endpoints. Performing structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis will be essential to resolve recurring operational issues and enhance overall system reliability and performance.
• • A significant part of this role will involve contributing to our low-code and no-code automation initiatives, particularly using tools like Okta Workflows. The goal is to reduce manual effort, minimize errors, and improve process consistency across IT operations. You will also support vendor lifecycle processes, which encompass onboarding new vendors, conducting regular access reviews for vendor accounts, managing renewals, and maintaining accurate asset tracking for vendor-related hardware or software.
