📋 Description

• Junior Marketing Designer at Storyby, part of Skelar AS, will create static and video creatives based on marketing briefs to support the growth of AlphaNovel, a platform with 20,000+ immersive novels and audiobooks used by 10+ million people worldwide.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing creative variations, organizing project files per workflow, resizing assets for multiple marketing channels, generating new ideas during brainstorms, and collaborating with the creative team.
• Storyby operates within Skelar AS, a venture-builder that launches consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, with tech products earning recognition from Product Hunt, The Webby Awards, and TrustPilot.
• The role offers opportunities to grow in marketing design, gain experience in entertainment tech, contribute to high-impact campaigns, and develop skills in motion graphics and AI-assisted design within a culture of innovation and social impact.

🎯 Requirements

• At least six months of experience in graphic or motion design
• Proficiency in After Effects, Figma, and Photoshop
• Ability to work with references and adapt ideas across various formats
• Attention to detail
• Interest in marketing and niche book industry
