• • The Junior Motion Designer role at Ruby Labs is critical for scaling high-performing ad creatives across 35+ languages and multiple formats, ensuring global campaigns maintain visual quality and performance standards.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include localizing and adapting ad creatives for different languages, producing platform-specific resizes for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display, conducting quality assurance checks on all deliverables, collaborating with designers and producers, and learning AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency.
